Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $85.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 2–7 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, you will receive shipment confirmation and tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. ALMAZ Hair Care is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you before the order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier. If your tracking information shows a delay, loss, or delivery issue, please contact us and we will assist you in reviewing the situation.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.
