At ALMAZ Hair Care, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to request a return, please review the policy below.

30-Day Return Window

Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.

Because our products are personal-care items, opened or used products cannot normally be returned unless there is a problem with the product when it arrives.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or otherwise defective, please contact ALMAZ Hair Care as soon as possible.

We may ask you to provide photographs showing the condition of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Please do not return a damaged or defective product before contacting us and receiving instructions.

How to Request a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back.

Return Shipping

For standard returns that are not the result of a damaged or defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges / Replacements

ALMAZ Hair Care may offer a replacement for products that arrive damaged, broken, leaking, or defective. Please contact us with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue. Approved replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
